RETURNS POLICY:

To return an order within the United Kingdom, please contact info@lottiebarclay.com

Returning items are the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at Lottie Barclay, It is advisable to obtain a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked service to the parcel so that you can track the progress of your return.

How do I return an item?
For UK customers please contact info@lottiebarclay.com stating you wish to return an item.

Please send the item back to our Returns Department undamaged/unworn and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a refund may be refused.

Do you offer free returns?
Unless there is a fault with an order, customers will need to pay for the return of an item.

Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?
Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase.

How long do I have to return an unwanted/Faulty item?
You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to return the item(s) to us, in the bags and with the tags attached as they were received. For any faulty item that you receive, you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to notify us of such fault but we will deal with any fault thereafter on a case by case basis.
