Are your liners endorsed by any handbag companies?

No.

All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders.

Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of our liners by them.

What thickness are your liners?

Our liners are made from high density 3mm thick felt.

Will one of your liners fit inside my bag?

Our liners are designed specifically for certain handbags and brands, this will be stated in the item description.

Do you take custom orders?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we will not be taking custom orders.

How do I care for my liner?

Lottie recommends that you:

  • Do not put your liner in the washing machine. Wipe down any spills / stains with a damp cloth.
  • Do not use any cleaning products such as bleach to clean the liner. This can cause severe damage.
  • Do not tumble dry. In the event your liner becomes wet remove the liner from your handbag immediately and leave to air dry.
  • Do not iron
